Privacy Policy
1. Scope and publisher
This Privacy Policy applies to the Astera Oracle & Numerology mobile app, web app, Astera account services, purchase-entitlement synchronization, and related product infrastructure. The service is published under the MaksAstera brand by Maksym Andriienko.
The ChatGPT plugin has additional service-specific privacy information at Astera Oracle & Numerology Plugin Privacy Policy. The Claude connector is an additional conversational interface to the same Astera service and is also subject to Claude/Anthropic platform terms and privacy controls.
2. Information you choose to provide
- name or names used in numerology;
- birth date or dates;
- selected dates, numbers or numeric codes;
- Oracle questions, selected spread types, or reading inputs;
- support messages or information you voluntarily send us.
3. Account and authentication data
If you sign in, Firebase Authentication and the chosen identity provider may process information such as Firebase user ID, email address, verification status and provider identifier. The app does not store your Google, Apple or email-account password.
4. Purchases and Premium entitlement
Purchases are processed by the store or payment provider used for the purchase. Astera may receive product ID, transaction/receipt information and entitlement status needed to grant, restore or synchronize access. Astera does not receive or store your payment-card number.
After sign-in, eligible Oracle & Numerology Premium access may be recognized through the same Astera account across supported Astera interfaces, including mobile, web, the ChatGPT plugin and the Claude connector where account connection is supported.
5. Technical, analytics and advertising data
Depending on platform and settings, the service may process device/OS information, app events, diagnostics, crash data, request/security logs, advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data. This information is used for reliability, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising and reward delivery.
6. Service providers
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers required to operate the service, including Firebase/Google services, Google Analytics/Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play and the applicable payment provider. If you use the ChatGPT plugin or Claude connector, the selected AI client processes the conversation and tool interaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account and entitlement records, meet legal/security obligations and resolve disputes. You may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us.
8. Advertising choices
You can use available device and platform controls to limit ad personalization where supported. Some non-personalized advertising, analytics or diagnostics may still be used to operate and improve the service.
9. Children
The service is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Service providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their legal and contractual safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when product functionality, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when appropriate.
