Terms of Service
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Astera Oracle & Numerology mobile app, web app, Astera account and related services. The service is published under the MaksAstera brand by Maksym Andriienko.
2. What Astera provides
Astera includes an original 36-card Victorian Oracle system and deterministic Pythagorean numerology tools. Depending on platform and access level, features may include Daily Card, Yes/No, Oracle spreads, Victorian Salon, Life Path, Name Number, compatibility, Psychomatrix, personal cycles and daily numerology guidance.
3. Accounts
Some functionality may be available as a guest. An Astera account may be required to synchronize or connect eligible access between supported interfaces. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and must not access another person's account without authorization.
4. Premium, subscriptions and purchases
Monthly and yearly Premium plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Lifetime Premium, where offered, is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. The price, currency, billing period and any offer shown by the applicable store or checkout at the time of purchase are the controlling purchase terms.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment disputes are handled by the store or payment provider used for the purchase, under that provider's rules.
After sign-in, eligible Oracle & Numerology Premium may be recognized through the same Astera account across supported interfaces, including the mobile app, web app, ChatGPT plugin and Claude connector where account connection is supported. A valid entitlement grants the corresponding product access regardless of the interface through which it is recognized, subject to feature/platform availability. Disconnecting an AI assistant does not cancel an existing subscription.
5. Apple users and EULA
For iOS distribution, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect: Apple Standard EULA.
6. Nature of results
Oracle and numerology results may help structure reflection, but they do not establish facts about another person's private thoughts, guarantee future events, or replace evidence-based decision-making. Do not rely on Astera as the sole basis for high-impact decisions involving health, safety, law, finance, employment, immigration or emergencies.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not bypass authentication, Premium checks, rate limits or security controls.
- Do not interfere with or overload the service.
- Do not scrape, reconstruct or mass-extract proprietary Oracle artwork, content, layouts or numerology libraries.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or misrepresent Astera results as guaranteed facts or professional advice.
8. Intellectual property
The Astera and MaksAstera names, visual identity, Oracle artwork, card meanings, layouts, numerology content, software and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the publisher and protected by applicable law.
9. Availability and changes
Features, pricing, access methods and supported platforms may change. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. The publisher is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of Oracle/numerology content or for interruptions outside reasonable control.
11. AI assistant interfaces
The ChatGPT plugin and Claude connector are additional conversational interfaces to Astera Oracle & Numerology. ChatGPT plugin-specific terms are available at Plugin Terms of Service. Use of ChatGPT and Claude is also subject to the applicable platform terms.
